We are a group of researchers, doctoral, master and bachelor students at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. We study various algorithmic and modeling problems arising in computational biology. Gene finding using extrinsic evidence and application to novel genomes.
